How the Algorithm Works

Encoding Process

  1. Caesar Cipher (+2): shifts letters forward by 2.
  2. ROT13: substitutes letters by 13 positions.
  3. Base64 Layer 1: encodes the result.
  4. Base64 Layer 2: encodes again for final output.

Decoding Process

  1. Base64 Decode Layer 1
  2. Base64 Decode Layer 2
  3. ROT13 Reverse
  4. Caesar Cipher (-2): reveals original text.
