1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Briceka ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Briceka only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure.
  • Submit community groups or content that violates intellectual property rights or promotes hate speech.
  • Use automated bots or scripts to scrape or abuse our tools (e.g., the booking code converter).

3. User Accounts & KYC

Access to certain features (e.g., publishing posts, submitting groups) requires account verification (KYC). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

4. Payments & Refunds

Group submission fees ($10 USD / ~KES 1,600) are non-refundable once the group has been successfully fetched and added to our directory. Payment processing is subject to the terms of Safaricom M-Pesa or CoinPayments.

5. Limitation of Liability

Briceka is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to data loss or financial losses from third-party tools.
