During a recent conversation with s3xologist, author and podcaster Shannon Boodram, “#Insecure” star Kendrick Sampson got candid about his ideal family dynamic, revealing he’d rather have children with one of his homegirls than someone he’s romantically involved with. Kendrick explained that when romance enters the picture, emotions and relationship drama can sometimes get in the way of what should matter most — doing what’s best for the child. “It ain’t complicated by what I’m feeling, what mood I’m in, or how you betrayed me,” he said. It’s definitely not the traditional route, but Kendrick seems to believe taking romance out of the equation could make co-parenting a whole lot simpler.
