Alakufo-designate celebrates Olubadan Ladoja at 82, first anniversary

The Alakufo-Designate, Alhaji Engineer Dr. Lam T.A. Ololaade, has felicitated with the Olubadan of Ibadanland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Senator Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, Arusa I, on his 82nd birthday and first anniversary on the throne.

Ololaade, a prominent businessman and Chairman of CHIL Investment, described the double celebration as an auspicious occasion worthy of celebration.

In a congratulatory message on Wednesday, the Alakufo-Designate prayed for good health, wisdom, strength and longevity for the monarch, wishing him many more fruitful and glorious years on the throne of his forebears.

He said: “I, Alh. Engr. Dr. LAM T.A. OLOLADE, on behalf of CHIL Investment, warmly felicitate with Your Imperial Majesty on the auspicious occasion of your 82nd Birthday and First Anniversary on the throne of Olubadan of Ibadanland.”

Ololaade noted that the reign of Oba Ladoja had continued to foster unity, peace and progress in Ibadanland, expressing hope that the monarch’s royal legacy would endure for generations.

He also offered special prayers for the Olubadan as he embarked on Umrah to mark his 82nd birthday and first anniversary on the throne.

Ololaade wished the monarch a safe journey, successful spiritual exercise and a blessed return, praying that Almighty Allah accepts his Umrah.

“May Almighty Allah continue to bless Your Imperial Majesty with good health, wisdom, strength, peace and longevity, and grant you many more fruitful and glorious years upon the throne.

“May your reign continue to bring unity, peace, progress and prosperity to Ibadanland,” he added.

Ololaade congratulated the Olubadan on behalf of his family and the entire management of CHIL Investment.
